Clarify `levels` and `rev` options for the MulticlassFScore

MulticlassFScore(levels=..., average=...) is only sensitive to a change in levels when average=NoAvg(), where the only effect is the ordering of the result (a LittleDict or a Vector). Perhaps this is worth mentioning in the document string to avoid confusion.
