polyvar broken

The following code errors:

using DynamicPolynomials; 
@polyvar x[1:n]

With stacktrace:
PolyVar{true}[Error showing value of type Tuple{Vector{PolyVar{true}}}:

SYSTEM (REPL): showing an error caused an error
ERROR: 1-element ExceptionStack:
MethodError: no method matching name_base_indices(::PolyVar{true})
The function `name_base_indices` exists, but no method is defined for this combination of argument types.
etc.

The unit test corresponding to polynomial vector also doesn't pass.

Can you show the output of Pkg.status() ?

Hi,

Pkg.status() says that there is a new version of DynamicPolynomials available but compatibility constraints prevent Pkg from updating it. I did delete all julia packages from disk and reinstalled everything and the problem persists.

Can you show the versions you are seeing ? You can try adding the version v0.6.4 of this package to see what is holding it back.
