Implement MutableArithmetics.jl API #16
Description
The evaluation of polynomials with arbitrary precision arithmetic is important for obtaining high accuracy solutions of systems of polynomials. By implementing the MutableArithmetics.jl API we should obtain a significant performance win for these cases.
