Symmetry reduction now work on SumOfSquares master with StarAlgebras the same way it used to in the previous version so I can do a new release once StarAlgebras is released.
Any blocker to release ? We could wait for #62

• Remove MTables for now (can be re-added in minor version)
• Agree on quadratic forms (see Implement quadratic forms #62 Refactor quadratic form #64)
• Adjust master of SymbolicWedderburn
• Adjust the License, authors and copyright notices (pre-0.3 maintenance #72)
• Add copyright headers to all files (pre-0.3 maintenance #72)
• update CI, julia versions in gh actions etc (update gh actions && restrict to julia-1.10 and later #65, Drop Julia v1.6 #67)
• Figure out zero, iszero (easier) (iszero #60)
• Fix one, isone (harder) (one with FixedBasis (and probably isone) are broken #80)

@blegat removing MTables is unfeasible, as this is our only concrete implementation for FixedBases. I rewrote in #62 the mechanism with _key(…) replaced by basis-style indexing for mstructures. let me know if this is enough for you.

• Refactor so that algebra contains MStruct which contains the basis Basis inside mstructure instead of the opposite #73

• Update MultivariateBasis to the new design

maybe then you could work on this and release SumOfSquares with v0.4 ?

Yes, we can release, maybe we won't need anything breaking so v0.3.1 would be fine

Any chance the new update gets out? I tried to fix an error in SumOfSquares but I cannot even compile it at the moment.

The short-time fix is jump-dev/SumOfSquares.jl#408 (comment), releasing StarAlgebras is on the top of my priority list now after JuMP-dev
