What happened to DFunction in ApproxFun? |

I think I had removed it as it wasn't being used anywhere in the package. I didn't know that it was being used here. Can certainly add it back. |

@jishnub this is failing because ApproxFun no longer has
DFunction. Any thoughts on how to update this?
