Could not install PlotlyLight and Cobweb in the latest versions

I am not sure but there might be a compatibility problem, currently I cannot use both in the latest registered versions (PlotlyLight 0.9.2) and Cobweb (0.7.2).

This is what my Pkg tells me. in pkg> st
