I cannot install version 1.15.1

Hi, I cannot install the new version 1.15.1

julia> Pkg.add(Pkg.PackageSpec(name="ControlSystems", version="1.15.1"))

Hi! You might need to run Pkg.update() or update the registry pkg> registry up

Normally I use ] up, is it the same as doing Pkg.update()?
Now I have tryed using Pkg; Pkg.update() and it worked well, thank you!
