I would like to share a speech-related package WORLD.jl that is a lightweight wrapper for the WORLD, a high-quality speech analysis, modification and synthesis framework. I think this package would be useful in speech signal processing and its application areas (personally, I use this in statistical voice conversion).

Do you think this package would be hosted and keep maintained in JuliaDSP? Any comments and suggestions are really appreciated.

I think that would definitely be a good addition to JuliaDSP. @gummif, @simonster, what do you think? To me, it matches well the plan of having both general use packages (like DSP and Wavelet) and domain-specific ones (for speech, image, biomedical signals, etc).
