Is there support for `XREADGROUP`?

I didn't see an obvious way to perform an XREADGROUP command or a documented way to execute raw query string - have I missed something?

Nope, haven't missed anything. I'm sure there are a host of new commands that aren't supported. Adding support for new commands is very easy though - check out commands.jl. Most commands should be just a single line of code.
