Description
Tried to "ascend" from SnoopCompile into
_precompilepkgs(::Vector{Base.PkgId}, ::Bool, ::Bool, ::Bool, ::Bool, ::Bool, ::Vector{Pair{Cmd, Base.CacheFlags}}, ::IOContext{IO}, ::Bool, ::Bool, ::Bool)
and got:
