Documentation not deployed

Hello, the documentation (both dev and stable is currently not available at all. Is it expected ?

Right now min is not available because the current master is 1.12+ and 1.12 hasn't been released yet.

One could switch it to pre, but then one would want to switch it back after 1.12 gets released.

Oh, but it does look like it has never built in its new JuliaDebug home. This seems important to fix.
