Just t check, is it intended to not run macOS on the min version?

Currently, min is Julia 1.6.0, but for that release no native binaries on aarch64 exist (therefore CI failed on the first commit). One could test min on Intel MacOS runners instead (eg I think one could use macOS-13) but given the age of this Julia version IMO it's fine to skip testing it on mac.

Yeah I was wondering if we should burn CI to test for x86 macs with Julia 1.6. We weren't testing it before anyways. I felt aarch64 mac is sufficient.
