Build and deploy with GitHub Actions

With the release of version 1.11.0, GitHub Actions consistently shows "The operation was canceled" without providing a clear explanation. The process halts right after the first warning about exceeding the size threshold, as shown in this run.

I also tested the new version locally and encountered the same issue. With version 1.10.2, everything works as expected.

See #2676 (comment), this is a known issue...maybe we should put out a patch release, that disables that functionality?

You can restrict compat by adding

[compat]
Documenter = "=1.10.2"

in your docs/Project.toml for now.
