Compute accumulate destination type based on the op

Fixes issues with following, where otherwise the destination type is Bool:

julia> x = AMDGPU.rand(Bool, 16);

julia> cumsum(x)

This is great, thank you for catching it - I'll add a test for it and register a new version asap to fix your view regression
