This exposes the prefer_datetime variable as a keyword argument in cfvariable and _get_rettype.
This will allow to open datasets that have Date or time information which is not convertible to DateTime objects.
One example is the usage of nanoseconds.
This is non breaking because the default value of prefer_datetime is true.
This closes #39 .
