port tutorials to Literate.jl

Pluto.jl tutorials are inconvenient to manage, therefore I suggest we port them to Literate.jl. The tutorials and examples folder can be merged together.

Temporal graph classification is the only tutorial left. There is the Literate file, but it is not running. I will fix that soon.
