Can we make a new release ?

Hey. Some PRs gathered up which I would really like to have on the main release.

I took the liberty to draft a new release here
https://github.com/JuliaGraphs/Graphs.jl/releases

I've never made a release in this repo so if someone would like to tell me how things are going and help me then happily. Otherwise feel free to take it from here if you like :)

Thanks I can do it - we usually let tag bot create the release notes automatically and then maybe adjust the release notes - so lets see if there will be a conflict with your draft.

Could you approve this PR: #425. When the tests have passed? Technically I think I have the authority to merge it without review - but I prefer to have every change reviewed.

It's done now. In case you are wondering what the steps are:

1. Increase the version in Project.toml as done in Bump patch version to v1.12.1 #425
2. Add a comment on the latest commit that calls https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/Registrator.jl as done here
3. The Registrator opened a PR here which after a while was automatically approved and merged. After this the new release can be downloaded with the Julia package manager.
4. This project is set up so that TagBot is called automatically when a new version is released. TagBot automatically created a new tag and some release notes here

Note in addition to the automatically created release, your draft notes are also still there - you should probably incorporate items from your draft in the newly created release notes if you think something is missing and then remove the draft.
