another fbp2 method

later we should add a method like
`fbp2(sg, ig, sino ; window, ...)`
that does the plan and then the recon,
for users who just want to do one step of recon.

another variation would be
`fbp2(sino::OffsetArray ; window)`
where dimensions come from sinogram.
