Functionality for boundary tracing in JuliaImages.org example in some package already?

In this example there is a nice implementation of functionality similar to MATLAB's bwtraceboundary. I was wondering if this type of function was already included in the Images.jl ecosystem. I looked around but didn't find anything.

I implement something like this in the ImageComponentAnalysis.jl package

You can do this with:

 component_labels = ImageComponentAnalysis.label_components(img1, trues(3,3))
 measurements = analyze_components(component_labels, Contour())

Note that the API for ImageComponentAnalysis is likely to change in the future. I need to do a major overhaul of the package to bring it all up to date.
