Reexport IntervalArithmetic?

I think it would be convenient to reexport IntervalArithmetic. One cannot construct affine forms without loading that package otherwise.

That is the same situation with IntervalRootFinding etc. I am not sure what the right thing to do is; probably you're right that that's the simplest solution.
