I looked into it again today and it doesn't seem like Apple Accelerate supports gemmt.

This is what is causing the tests to fail. We could just have gemmt go to OpenBLAS, or just leave it as unimplemented and let it error out.

I'm leaning towards falling back to OpenBLAS, but I wouldn't know how to implement that.

We would basically avoid clearing LBT forwards on this line:

That would keep OpenBLAS for symbols that don't exist in Accelerate.
