VectorBundle in ManifoldsBase?

I have a situation where I would prefer to have the VectorBundle already defined here in ManifoldsBase. Would it be feasible to move that here?

Sure, that sounds feasible, with a small caveat that I would like to use such move to revisit abstractions defined for VectorBundle and that would take some time.

Sure, I understand that, we just noticed that in an algorithm we could make good use of the generic bundle method so if you find the time that would be awesome :)
