Branching this into an issue here. #107 observes a mysterious failure at a particular value of $n$ for Julia 1.6. I'm not willing to say that 1.6 is not supported entirely, but it may be time to bump versions? Workaround of course is to ensure that BLUESTEIN_CUTOFF is infinity.
