Document return solve status

We have result.status in the output of the optimizer but it is an un-interpretable integer now. Can we return a string that maps this integer to the output code explained here?

Ah, it's printed on the screen when IpOpt exits:
So result.status = -1 means EXIT: Maximum Number of Iterations Exceeded.
