README fails as `collect_output` is not defined

The README currently fails as collect_output does not exist on v0.11. Was there meant to be a new release for v1?

Hello-- Same problem here. The issue is that the OutputCollectors.jl version that is published here on github is not the same version as installs from package manager using add OutputCollectors.jl. See (https://juliahub.com/ui/Packages/General/OutputCollectors)

The usage has totally changed and that method no longer exists.

Closing as "not an issue", you're simply reading the README for a version different from what you're actually using.
