Datatype MPI_Char for collectives testing

OSU benchmarks use MPI_Char as datatype for broadcast collective. Is that supported in these benchmarks? If yes, how do you specify the datatype.

The first argument of the benchmarks is the datatype, by default Float32 is usually used in this package (but probably should be changed for the OSU ones?). MPI_Char is handled specially in MPI.jl, but it's not a proper Julia datatype, closest you can try is to use Cchar, for example

using MPIBenchmarks
benchmark(OSUAllreduce(Cchar))
