GetLatency

Just wanted to check if the time reported by OSUGetLatency is in us or seconds. I do see the following output on my current tests at HPC systems (Two nodes, 1PPN, HDR400 interconnect).

Good catch, that's probably microseconds: times are measured with MPI_Wtime (elapsed time is reported in seconds):

so this isn't further scaling the latency values. I'd say the unit in the header of the output file is inconsistent with the reported number (second vs microseconds).
