Try CUDA and NVTX.jl

Apparently ScoreP supports GPU tracing/profiling via the NVIDIA CUDA Profiling Tools Interface (CUPTI) and NVTX.

The Start/Stop Range events are not supported, because they allow to span different threads and do not need to be nested.
