Hi, I happened to find this thread with a somewhat related question. Looks like default conda solver is-slow / has-issues. One recommended solution I was looking at is to change the solver as per:

For now, I'll just use PyCall with my /usr/bin/python3, but I'd like to switch to the a private conda environment for Julia again.
