Using Micromamba as the package manager

Hi. I have recently installed micromamba as my package manager and then installed in an environment called rmg_env pyjulia and julia.

However, whenever I do

python -c "import julia;Julia.insta()

It returns an error that CONDA_JL_CONDA_EXE is empty (or rather the variable is empty so it cannot find conda). I have attempted to

export CONDA_JL_CONDA_EXE=/home/Calvin/bin/micromamba

Which then fixes that issue but the PyCall runs into the issue of doing micromamba install numpy. It says it cannot find the configuration file that is specified called condarc-jl.yml
