I often find myself needing this, and thought it would be nice if you could construct it directly.

I'm slightly reluctant to add this, as RNGs from Random do not support it, but now support other kind of seeds, like String, so I'm worried to have things diverge here. Would you also like to have UUIDs supported by other RNG types?
