dplyr datasets?

The `dplyr` datasets don't seem to be included in the package, despite being available at https://vincentarelbundock.github.io/Rdatasets/articles/data.html

```julia-repl
julia> starwars = dataset("dplyr","starwars")
ERROR: Unable to locate dataset file
```
