Now that StatsBase 0.34.6 has been released, I believe the rerunning the checks in this MR will make them pass. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
DataStructurespackage from0.17, 0.18to0.17, 0.18, 0.19.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
