strange readout and error

When i run the screenfetch command in powershell 5.1 or 7.5.1
i get the following out put

where as you can see the ram is shown at gpu and ram: is in front of disk C

expected is the output as you shown in the screenshot.

already downloaded the full zip from here and swapped the files.

cant seem to find the reason for why
