同时要制定术语表

I think this is a very good idea, (I am not able to input Chinese during work :P )

• For 翻译规范: How about let us start with using target paper's arxiv source code, most of papers have a arxiv version, and they have the same format as published version. So doing translation on source code should be able to improve our efficiency and quality.
• For 术语表: How about let us start with looking at some well know Chinese book and papers? For example, Prof. Zhihua's book contains some Chinese-English mapping of terminologies. https://drive.wps.cn/view/l/004e86e89e4347fcb1e10569a35295a3
