Pushing document types doesn't delete from destination

Describe the bug
See title.

Version (please complete the following information):

• Umbraco Version: 16.2
• uSync.Complete Version: 16.0.6

To Reproduce

Make sure you have a document type on destination that's NOT in source. Then:

1. Go to Settings > Publisher > Server > Sync tab.
2. Select all from Settings.
3. Click Push.
4. Check 'Delete missing'.
5. 

Expected behavior
Delete from server.

Hi,

by default the "delete if missing" feature only works for content and media and is disabled for other things. (because deleting a doctype, will also delete all content that uses the type, so it can cause large removal of content).

You can however turn this on for all types. with the rather catchy AllowDeletingOfOrphanedItemsForAllTypes setting (it's deliberate, you can't claim you don't know what this feature does!)

Thanks, so AllowDeletingOfOrphanedItemsForAllTypes is always executed regardless of "Delete missing"? I don't always need to delete everything on destination. Wouldn't it make more sense that if you choose Delete missing and have this setting enabled, only then it'll get deleted?

it should be that this means when you pick Delete missing then it will also apply to all types not just content or media, if you don't pick it then it shouldn't do any delete missing bits.

Finally got around to testing it, but I cannot get this to work @KevinJump. I have "AllowDeletingOfOrphanedItemsForAllTypes": true, (also with AllowDeletingOfOrphanedItemsForTypes which is the name listed in your site) both locally and on destination and nothing ever gets deleted on destination 🙁
