Restore point hangs at Content handler (page 16 of 23) when AspNetCoreHostingModel=OutOfProcess

• Version: uSync.Complete 17.1.3, Umbraco 17.2.2
• Environment: IIS, OutOfProcess hosting (OutOfProcess)
• Issue: Creating a restore point from the backoffice UI silently hangs at page 16 of 23 (Content handler). No exception is logged. The last log entry is Export 23 Handlers. Page Number: 16 and then silence. File count stops at 4,509.
• Last working: March 15, 2026 (day before OutOfProcess was configured) in test environment
• Workaround: Triggering the restore point via a Hangfire background job (uSync.Complete.Hangfire package) completes successfully.
