Download the pretrained model failed.

The pre-trained model described in the Readme.md is based on Dropbox. However, when I try to download it, the downloading process is killed at 40%/100%. The notice message is: "Failed! The resource is disabled to download! ". Could you please update the pre-trained model resource?

It is strange. This is a shared file, and everyone with the link should have access right.
I tested with both Google Chrome and Firefox, and I am able to download the model (without login into dropbox). It seems it is not likely the problem of the link or dropbox. Due to the size of the model, it is too big to put in Github directly.
