nbdev-ci needs to run on repo2docker image #2
Description
The nbdev-ci needs to be edited run on my repo2docker generated Docker image instead of pip/python. This is an awful lot of work, but I'd like to use it on my dissertation as well, so it could be launched from Binder. Same for https://github.com/fastai/workflows/blob/master/quarto-ghp/action.yml
