Missing hvac_mode translations #30

Hi, the hvac_mode is missing translations. I was unable to update it by myself.
Also a hint how to rework fan modes to R5 style would be appreciated. The "percent"-like modes are not valid. There should be min-vent, normal-circulation or min-max etc.
