Perssistent error message after 7.1.2 upgrade

since i updated this morning got this message repeating :

also many other errors appearing :

looks like many components stay unavailable :

but looks like Onvif commands are working, even under frigate

Reproduction Steps

1. update to 7.1.2

Expected behavior

no error or unavailabilities

If applicable, add error logs.

i'm not sure the logs you need, when looking in docker console logs got this :

This was just incorrect log level of a message, otherwise no other functionality was affected.

Entities on screenshot are unavailable because you had privacy mode turned on.

Before updating i had privacy on also and no Messages.

I'm not sure to understand the log level problem
