After i got all cards from a game, how much time to ASF need, to start frming again?

Farming again the same game? Or another game with card drops?
Once you farm all available cards, ASF wont farm that particular game anymore because steam won't drop more cards for that given game.

Yea, im talking about the same game. does it have some kind of cooldown or something? or i cant get cards from the game anymore?

You can't get cards from the same game anymore. Only exception is free2play games, where 1 card added for every 9$ (iirc) spent on in-game items.
