ASF cannot be opened

ASF cannot be opened; once the software is launched, it immediately closes. .NET has been updated, and the latest ASF version has been downloaded. The system is Windows 10 x64.
Please help resolve this issue, thank you.

Ok, since you clearly unable to read wiki, maybe you'll manage to read it if I'll copy it here:

If the console window closes too soon for you to read the message, then open independent console and launch ASF binary from there. For example on Windows, open ASF directory, hold Shift, right click inside the folder and choose "open command window here" (or powershell), then type into the console .\ArchiSteamFarm.exe and confirm with enter. This way you'll get precise message why ASF is not starting properly.

It seems your image failed to load, but if by "It doesn't work" you mean that there is no output in the console either, then probably that's issue that was reported before (if that's something else - please, re-upload screenshot). Let me quote Archi's answers from discord:

okay, so this is how it looks like so you have some idea:

• .NET has support for a feature called shadow stacks, it's security-oriented feature
• When you run generic, the runtime (since it's full runtime) has capability of detecting whether your OS supports that or not, and can >enable if it does, disable if it doesn't
• OS-specific build of ASF either assumes always true or always false, there's no detection mechanism here because runtime is trimmed, optimized and built-in

my suggestions for you:

• either install all windows updates and run OS-specific version of ASF
• or run generic variant of ASF with full runtime which can work with both cases

Your answer completely matches my situation. May I ask how to set up the generic variant of ASF, and whether additional tools are required?

Note that this is a workaround, not a solution, there's no guarantee generic variant will continue to work for you. You're using unsupported operating system, we do not support windows 10 without all updates installed, same how we do not support windows vista or 7. The recommended solution to this problem is to ensure your windows is up-to-date - because yes, ASF works properly on windows 10, assuming you're using up-to-date version of the OS.
