Read-Only & Disabled?

I love the allmighty directive! But am having trouble figuring out how to bind ng-readonly and ng-disabled so that the underlying <input> will correctly dynamically bind and change state accordingly. And then also show appropriate readonly/disabled styling (grayed out, cursor change, etc). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
