Code of Conduct

As contributors and maintainers of the PilarEase project, we pledge to create and maintain an inclusive and welcoming community for everyone. We value the participation of each member and want everyone to have a positive and fulfilling experience.

Our Pledge

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as contributors and maintainers pledge to:

  • Be respectful and considerate towards others.

  • Listen to and address the concerns and feedback of community members respectfully.
  • Encourage collaboration and constructive contributions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help others improve.
  • Respect the diversity of opinions, backgrounds, and experiences within the community.

Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable and will not be tolerated within our community:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any form.
  • Offensive or disrespectful comments, language, or imagery.
  • Personal attacks or derogatory remarks towards individuals or groups.
  • Any form of unwelcome or inappropriate behavior.
  • Disruptive or disrespectful communication during discussions or interactions.
  • Any behavior that creates an uncomfortable or hostile environment for others.

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to the project maintainers immediately. All reports will be handled with confidentiality and will be promptly investigated and addressed.

Enforcement

Maintainers of the PilarEase project are responsible for enforcing this Code of Conduct. They have the authority to take appropriate actions in response to violations, including warnings, temporary or permanent bans from the community, and removal of offensive content.
