Normally everybody can create polls, here some type of user authentication could be useful.

It would be possible to create an interface catptcha and the reuse this to display login-forms. Also IP blocking cloud be done like this. (Accounts via LDAP?)

• Create Interface for authorisation
• Keep Captcha and add IP-Range, LDAP, Password
• Use config to select one of these types for New Poll, Submit Poll, Query Submissons
