View rs.status() / rs.conf() in Replica Set View

Useful for debugging purposes. Also addresses an optional requirement of the PSE project.
Problem: there may be multiple truths, depending on which Slave you ask. And either MSP needs to be extended or Master needs to talk to Mongds directly (which would make sense since it's not a Slave-local operation)
