Develop a PCB for the chassis controller (STM32)

The PCB similar to #1 but with STM32 MCU on board instead of the discovery board should be developed in scope of this task

STM32407 is 5v tolerant, so we do not need these dividers.

We need a suppressor here for 3.3V to protect MCU analog input
