Feature request: Option "Shuffle within questions"

Multiple Choice questions offer the option to shuffle the choices. In a quiz, one can decide to shuffle within questions or not.

I would like to suggest adding this option for JazzQuiz as well. This would add the benefit that one could allow shuffling of choices in other activities while preventing it in a JazzQuiz, and hence make created questions more widely useful.
