Restart expired subscriptions #546
Description
In Mitt Konto, it should be possible to restart expired subscriptions.
The expired subscriptions should be shown the same way active ones are, but instead of the usual actions, there should only be one action that allows the user to restart the subscription.
In the beginning, the action can simply be a link to prenumerera, later we can think of something more automated.
It should be clearly shown when a subscription is expired.
We should also think of a way of marking subscriptions as restarted, in order not to show them again to the customer. Maybe there could also be a button that trashes them definitively.
